It is important that the recipients of this aid are selected by the employees themselves, as they know best which colleagues find themselves in a difficult financial or life situation.
The foundation helps when an employee or family member has a serious health problem, or when there are sudden financial changes in their families. It helps incomplete families or colleagues on parental leave. Each case is different, which is why it is important that the recipients of the collected funds are chosen directly by the employees in all companies.
This year, we helped 26 colleagues with
11,688 euros from taxes for 2023. We appreciate it and thank all the
employees who regularly contribute their 2% to this cause to help those who
need it most.
This support and solidarity is appreciated in Energy Group companies,
which is why the handover ceremony is attended by the directors of the
companies and a representative from the Energy Group, like Peter Špak,
Member of the Board of Directors, this year.
We thank the employees once again and hope that the donated funds will help improve the recipients' living situation.
